Although based on defined sizes, it is still possible to produce made-to-measure versions within the dimensional limits specified for each type, ensuring a high degree of flexibility in application.

A further operational advantage of the Quality Range is the option to receive single-leaf fire doors fully assembled and ready for installation. This solution reduces on-site working time, minimises the risk of errors during assembly and ensures that every component has been thoroughly checked prior to delivery, in full compliance with the installation instructions and current fire safety regulations.

Internal Fireproof Door for pedestrian use – Class REI 60 – REI 120
Approved in accordance with the Ministerial Decree of 21/06/2004
- Shaped frame in 1.8 mm-thick galvanized steel, with seats for gaskets for cold smoke sealing and thermo-expanding gasket for high temperature sealing.
- Door in 1 mm-thick galvanized steel sheet. High-density internal insulation.
The total thickness of the door is 65 mm.

Height-adjustable three-wing hinges with steel ball, self-closing with helical spring incorporated into the hinge.
Single-point fire lock, with nickel-plated through cylinder and pair of heat-resistant handles specifically for fire doors.
BS STD 2B REI 60 - REI 120 Hinged Double Door
Height-adjustable three-wing hinges with steel ball, self-closing with helical spring incorporated into the hinge.
The main door has a single-point fire lock, with nickel-plated through cylinder and pair of heat-resistant handles specifically for fire doors.
The secondary door has a counter lock with a self-locking flush bolt device during closing and a lever for opening.

In accordance with the EN 16034:2014 – EN 14351-1:2016 + A2:2016 standards
- Shaped frame in 1.5 mm-thick galvanized steel, with seat for gaskets for cold smoke sealing and thermo-expanding gasket for high temperature sealing.
- Door in 0.8 mm-thick galvanized steel sheet, pre-painted in a color similar to RAL 9010 light ivory, protected with film to be removed after installation. High-density internal insulation.
The total thickness of the door is 65 mm.
