The Over Size range has been designed to protect non-standard openings whilst maintaining structural reliability, operational continuity and compliance with fire safety requirements. The various configurations available allow the solution to be tailored to the specific requirements of the project, minimising compromises between size, functionality and safety.

Not all spaces can be protected with standard fire doors. Where there are wide openings, service passages or industrial openings, a solution is required that is designed to maintain high performance even over large dimensions.
The Over Size Line meets this need with single- or double-leaf fire doors, designed to ensure safety, robustness and ease of use even in contexts where the clear opening width is a key design consideration.
In production and logistics areas, it is not always necessary to open the entire door to allow people to pass through. For this reason, the Over Size range also includes versions with an integrated pedestrian opening – a practical solution that improves the day-to-day use of the access point.
The pedestrian passage allows the normal flow of people to be separated from the door being fully opened, helping to make space management more efficient without compromising the door’s fire safety function.
Over-size fire doors are designed for environments where passive fire protection must be balanced against practical operational requirements: heavy traffic, frequent passage, industrial compartmentalisation and technical access points.
The availability of single-leaf or double-leaf models, with or without a pedestrian opening, allows you to select the configuration best suited to the installation context, providing a robust solution for projects that require safety, compliance and continuity of use.

Large single-leaf EI2 120 swing fire door
Fire resistance certified in accordance with standard EN 1634-1 – CE marking EN 16034:2014
- High-strength, press-formed 20/10 steel profile frame for fixing to a rigid or flexible structure, designed to withstand high radial loads.
- Door leaf constructed from steel sheet modules coupled with controlled deformation, featuring an insulating core integral with the door leaf that is resistant to high temperatures, and sealing bolts.
- Thermo-expanding seals fitted to the vertical sides of the frame and the upper horizontal side, on the lower edges of the door leaves and at the central rebate (in the double-leaf version).
- ‘Sa’ cold-smoke seals (optional) fitted to the vertical sides of the frame, the upper horizontal side and at the central rebate (in double-leaf doors).
- Two hinges per door leaf, machined to withstand very high radial loads.
- Pair of black handles on a plate with a ‘U’-shaped steel core designed to prevent grasping, certified in accordance with DIN 18273.
- Silver-finish overhead compass-type door closer fitted to a counterplate.
- Mortise fire-rated lock with latch and deadbolt.
- Double European-profile cylinder with three keys supplied.
- Metal identification plate bearing the door’s identification details.
- ‘Flush-bolt’ counter-lock for self-locking of the passive leaf at the top and bottom.
- Adjustment mechanism for correct door closure, CE-marked in accordance with EN 115.
- Embossed epoxy powder coating in RAL 7035 (other RAL colours available on request).
- Installation: on a rigid or flexible mounting (EN 1363-1).
